Privacy Policy

What information this website collects, why, and what we do not collect.

Last updated: 15 September 2026

This policy explains how Yash Gusain, operating this website as YashGoSign Courses (“we”, “us”), handles personal information. It covers this website at products.yashgosign.com (formerly courses.yashgosign.com).

1. What this website currently collects

As of 15 September 2026, this website has no user accounts, no login and no contact form. Online checkout for the one product we sell is not currently open on this site; buyers in India can arrange a purchase by messaging us on Instagram. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set our own cookies for tracking.

If you simply read pages on this site or watch the free lessons, we do not ask you for any personal information and we do not build a profile of you.

As with any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical request data (IP address, browser type and the page requested) in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use that data to identify you, and we do not combine it with anything else.

2. Embedded video

The lessons are hosted on YouTube and embedded on this site, so your browser contacts Google when you visit a page containing them:

  • On page load, each lesson shows a still image loaded from YouTube’s image servers. No video player is loaded and no cookie is set by us.
  • When you press play, and only then, the YouTube player itself loads. We use the youtube-nocookie.com privacy-enhanced mode, but from that point Google receives your request and handles it under their own privacy policy, as they would if you watched the video on YouTube.

We receive nothing from this. We are not told who watched what, and no view is linked to you by us.

3. Information you give us directly

If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to put in your message: typically your email address, your name, and the content of your enquiry. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence.

If you message us on Instagram — for example to buy the Starter Kit from India — your messages are handled by Instagram (Meta) and by the automated messaging tool we use to reply, under their own terms and privacy policies. We use what you send only to answer you and to arrange your purchase.

4. Information collected when you buy the Starter Kit

Payment is taken by a third-party payment provider, on a checkout page that provider hosts. It asks for what it needs to take your payment and send you your purchase — typically your name and email address, and sometimes a phone number or billing country — and your payment details, which you enter with the provider and which never reach us (see section 5). The provider handles those details under its own privacy policy.

Purchases made up to 15 September 2026 were processed by Cashfree Payments, whose checkout asked for your name, email address and phone number.

What our own systems store is deliberately less than any of that. When a payment is confirmed to us, we record:

  • A one-way hash of your email address — not the address itself. It lets us match a later enquiry to an order without our keeping a list of customer email addresses.
  • The order details: which product, the amount, the payment reference and the date, kept as the record of the sale.

Your name, phone number and any other checkout details are never copied into our systems. They stay with the payment provider, where we can look them up when we need to deliver your purchase or answer a support message. Your email address reaches us in the payment notification and is used to send you the product; what we keep afterwards is the hash.

5. Payment information

We do not collect, see, process or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials or any equivalent payment credential.

Payments are handled entirely by the third-party payment provider shown at checkout, on its own systems. You enter your payment details directly with the provider, not with us. They act as the payment processor for the transaction and handle that data under their own privacy policy and their obligations as a regulated payment service.

What comes back to us from the provider is limited to what we need to recognise and honour your purchase: confirmation that payment succeeded, the amount, a transaction reference, and your email address so we can send you what you bought. Section 4 sets out what we then keep.

Please read the privacy policy of the payment provider shown at checkout to understand how they handle your payment data.

6. Why we process this information

  • To deliver a product you have paid for.
  • To answer your questions and provide support.
  • To process refunds where our refund policy applies.
  • To keep accurate financial and tax records as required by law.
  • To detect and prevent fraud or misuse of a purchase.

7. Marketing

We do not currently operate a marketing mailing list on this platform, and we will not add you to one automatically because you bought something. If we introduce optional email updates in future, joining will require a separate, clearly-labelled opt-in, and every message will contain an unsubscribe link.

8. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. We share it only with:

  • Payment providers, to take payment and process refunds.
  • Infrastructure providers that host this website, and YouTube, which hosts the video lessons.
  • Instagram (Meta) and our messaging tool, if you contact us through Instagram.
  • Authorities or advisers, where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Some of these providers operate outside India, which means your information may be processed abroad.

9. How long we keep it

We keep purchase and transaction records for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. We keep email correspondence for as long as it is useful for support, and delete it when it is not. Order records are kept for as long as they are needed for the purposes above.

10. Security

We keep the amount of personal information we hold deliberately small, which is the most effective protection we can offer. Payment credentials never reach our systems. This website is served over HTTPS. No online service can promise perfect security, and we do not claim to.

11. Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Note that we may need to retain transaction records to meet legal and tax obligations even after a deletion request, and that deleting your records may end your access to updates for a product you purchased.

To make a request, email gosignwithyash@gmail.com from the address associated with your purchase.

12. Children

This platform is not directed at children. If you are under 18, please use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who should make any purchase on your behalf.

13. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as the platform develops, and whenever what we collect or how we use it changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.

14. Contact
